1. Services
GAMBITSS provides game server hosting services for:
- Minecraft servers
- SA-MP / open.mp servers
All plans (Starter to Ultra) are subject to resource limits (RAM, CPU, Storage) as advertised.
2. Payments & Billing
- All payments are prepaid monthly.
- Services are activated after successful payment.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination.
3. Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly not allowed:
- Hosting malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Exploiting server vulnerabilities
- Using servers for spam, bot attacks, or abuse
Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Data Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own:
- Backups
- Files and server data
GAMBITSS is not responsible for data loss.
